My hourly rate starts at $50. However, if you have a larger project or ongoing needs, I am happy to negotiate a flat rate.
For students:
I want you to be able to make a good first impression with graduate school and scholarship applications and will work with you to determine a fee that is within your budget. I also offer reduced fees to students who want a second set of eyes to proofread and edit papers, theses, or dissertations.

I will then need to see a sample of the text to be edited. This will allow me to get a clear picture of the scope of editing required so that I can provide you with an accurate estimate of how long the work will take. I’m a stickler for meeting deadlines so this step is key to staying on track.
I am also happy to work to tight deadlines. This may involve higher fees.
How I work:
At the beginning of larger projects, we will set milestones together. When I complete a milestone, I’ll send you the completed work and any questions I might have. We can then consult via email, phone, Skype, or FaceTime to ensure the project is on track. For smaller projects, I’ll send you the completed work in its entirety and be available for a final consultation if you have any questions or require help implementing any of my suggestions.
